my introduction





To introduce about myself, my name is Jamyang Tenzin and I'm from pemagatshel,nganglam. My educational journey began at Nganglam Middle Secondary School, studying from class PP to 8. The environment there shaped much of my early learning, and it was a place where I laid the foundation for my future studies. However, in the year of 2019 I   reached to Nganglam Central School. This transition marked a new chapter in my life as I pursued my higher studies from class 9 to 12 at Nganglam Central School.

After completing my high school education, I scored good marks in the Board exam but not to my expectation and I was eligible to apply to any college I wish wish to. My teachers encouraged me to pursue other fields rather than choosing teacher as a profession as they saw a bright future for me in diverse areas. My mother wants me to become a teacher, and honoring her wishes became my priority. Finally, I chose Paro College of Education to fulfill my mother's dream of seeing me as a future educator.

Throughout my educational journey, I have been incredibly fortunate to have the unwavering support of many people who have played an integral role in shaping who I am today. The road to success is never traveled alone, and I owe a great deal of gratitude to those who stood by me during moments of both triumph and challenge. Teachers, family, friends, and mentors—all of you have contributed to my growth and development in ways that words can hardly express. 

Besides my studies, I have a few interests that make me happy and help me relax. I love watching movies because they let me see different stories and learn new things. I also enjoy sleeping, as it helps me feel fresh and full of energy. Spending time with my friends is very special to me. I always try to use my time well and create memories that I will never forget, whether it’s through small hangouts or fun adventures with the people I care about.

Reflection on ICT assistive tools

  Reflection on ICT as Assistive Tools     Learning about ICT as assistive tools has shown me how technology can help people with disabilities in many ways.  Before studying ICT assistive tools, I didn’t fully understand how technology could change lives. Now I realize these tools are like bridges which they help people with disabilities cross barriers in education, work, and daily life. I’ve seen how text-to-speech software can read books aloud for someone who’s blind, or how speech recognition lets a person with limited hand movement type just by speaking. Closed captions on videos help my hearing-impaired classmates follow lessons easily. These aren’t just fancy gadgets – they’re tools that give people freedom and independence.   In my own learning, I have noticed how these technologies create fair classrooms. Constructive tools propel the learners forward in active participation, critical thinking, and creativity, as compared to passive reception of information.
